Summit Anchor Reaches Milestone at Washington Dulles International Airport

Summit Anchor Company is proud to announce the successful completion of the installation and testing portion of our scope of work for the Dulles Tier 2 East project at Washington Dulles International Airport, including the installation and testing of fall protection anchor systems and horizontal lifeline systems. Final certification is currently being completed, with owner training scheduled for August.
The Tier 2 East project represents an important investment in the continued improvement and modernization of Washington Dulles International Airport. Projects of this scale require careful coordination, precision installation, and engineered safety solutions that provide reliable access protection for future maintenance operations.
The Summit Anchor team worked closely with the project partners to deliver a comprehensive fall protection system designed to support safe work-at-height activities. This milestone reflects a coordinated effort of commitment, craftsmanship, and collaboration from the entire Summit Anchor team, Turner Construction Company, Kalkreuth Roofing, and ECS Engineering (welding inspection).
From engineering and fabrication through field installation, welding inspection, testing, and final certification, each Summit Anchor Team member along with Turner played an important role in delivering a quality fall protection system for this important project.
