Summit Anchor Company is proud to announce that it now has a full-time engineer on its staff.

“Our clients can trust that they are dealing with a single source fall protection company who’s engineer knows what he’s doing,” says Gus Strats, Summit Anchor chief executive officer. “We have someone on board who not only understands Summit Anchor’s equipment and processes but also who, most importantly, thoroughly understands fall protection and suspended access systems.”
Summit Anchor has always used experienced, licensed PEs to ensure that the company’s trademark anchors and products held up under testing and to certify rope descent systems. But now it has a full-time PE on staff, which allows the company to serve customers more effectively and efficiently.
“These licenses are pretty standard, of course,” says Dumond, who is also Summit Anchor’s chief financial officer. “But they open up the potential to expand our customer base.”
Although Summit Anchor has affiliates with PE licenses in all 50 states and Canadian provinces, the company’s in-house engineer Dumond continues to seek PE licensure in other states as well.
We are always looking for ways to improve on what got us here in the first place, namely making buildings safer for suspended workers one building at a time,” says Strats.
